Delivery times

The delivery time is the sum of the printing time and the time of the delivery.

Printing time

• The orders that arrive within 11.00 am are dispatched within 5.00 pm of the following day*. At 2:00 pm they are acquired and elaborated by the prepress sector, in order to begin the production at the latest at 8.00 am of the following day. All the orders that arrive after 1.00 pm are considered as if arrived the next day. The same is true for the compute of 3 or 5 days.
• Sprint24 is not responsible for delays due to technical problems with the delivered files, or for delivery from behalf of couriers other than our own.

* Not all the products can be printed in 24 hours.

Delivery times

• Sprint24 is supported by TNT express courier, the service that in only 24 hours delivers documents and packages throughout Italy, including the islands. The delivery is carried out the first working day following that of the collection.
