- How much time will it take for me to receive my printing?
- The files that arrive before 1:00 pm are printed the following day and delivered before 5:00 pm to Poste Italiane’s Priority Mail service that has the aim to guarantee the delivery within the next 24 hours.
- Can I receive my printing wherever I want?
- Our delivery service allows you to receive the printing anywhere on the national territory at the address that you insert when you subscribe, or at another address you insert when you order.
- How can I contact you if there is a problem with the order?

- What resolution do I need to get excellent printing?
- The quality depends on the number of pixels of the image in relation to the printing format.
